Postgraduate Research Fees
The standard fees per academic year on one of our full-time research programmes are:
UK/EU students
- For progrmames starting from September 2011 - July 2012 - £3,732
- For programmes starting from September 2012 - July 2013 - Band A TBA; Band B £5,250; Band C £7,050; Band D £11,100
International students
- For programmes starting from September 2011 - July 2012 - Band A £14,700; Band B £15,900; Band C £17,600; Band D £21,300
- For programmes starting from September 2012 - July 2013 - Band A £15,400; Band B £16,700; Band C £18,400; Band D £22,300
Depending upon the nature of the research involved some projects may incur higher costs thus a higher fee band is necessary. The fee band chosen for your project will be stated in the offer letter.
Part-time research programmes
Part-time programmes are generally charged at half the full-time fee per year of study.
Split-site research programmes
Split-site programmes are generally charged at 70% of the programme fee per year of study.
